HIGH-PRESSURE GAS HANDLING SYSTEM

This Smart Charge 5 High-Pressure Heavy-Duty system is designed to provide basic helium and nitrogen/air gas charging for leak detection. Ball valves with air actuators have been installed to allow faster gas handling. The basic cycle events are product proof test and pressure decay test, evacuation, helium charging, pressure decay testing, helium venting to zero (0) PSIG, and final gas evacuation. PERFORMANCE

The Smart Charge 5 Heavy Duty is a fully automatic, custom configurable evacuation and tracer gas backfill system with built-in gross leak test. The system is ideally suited for pre-charging of product with tracer gas, such as Helium, Hydrogen or others prior to the leak test processes.
