Customers can send in their equipment or ATEQ can go to the customer’s location to analyze their ATEQ instruments and make any adjustments needed to ensure instruments will continue to function optimally.

We offer ISO 17025 Calibrations at our facility in Livonia, Michigan.

• Shipping instruction (if relevant) will be provided to you when we provide the RMA number. Please make sure to communicate this number outside the box to ensure quick processing.
• Return shipment will only occur after the service order is paid in full or PO is received (unless stated otherwise).
