How did you first learned about ATEQ?
“I first learned about ATEQ when looking online for leak testing methodology. I was reaching out to multiple companies that provide leak testing equipment and ATEQ was one of the first to respond.”
What specific challenges were you facing in your operations before using ATEQ’s products?
“We did not have the capability to measure exact leak rates prior to using ATEQ’s F620 leak test instrument. The F620 enabled us to have quantifiable useful data and create a plan for performing standardized acceptance testing.”
Were there any specific features or capabilities you were looking for in ATEQ’s solutions?
“The main feature we were looking for in a leak tester was the ability to measure pressure decay and flow. Additional features that helped make our choice of ATEQ’s solution were the easily set up WinATEQ software and the clear resolution and accuracy documentation of the leak testing units. “
Integration & Usage
How was your experience with the implementation or integration of ATEQ’s products into your existing sytems?
“With the assistance of the applications engineers, setting up the unit was fast as we were well informed as to best practices for leak testing. Hooking a computer up to the unit was very simple, after installing the WinATEQ software it was essentially plug and play; this was much appreciated.
Any questions that came up were handled well by reaching out to our account manager and were usually resolved on the same day.”
Can you briefly describe how you are currently using ATEQ’s products in your daily operations?
“We are using ATEQ’s F620 to validate and accept sealing on cooling loops and housing seals for power electronics. “

What changes or improvements have you noticed since using ATEQ’s products?
“Confidence in sealing systems within our designs has improved.”
How has ATEQ’s solution impacted your productivity, efficiency, or quality of work?
“With how easy it is to set up and operate the F620, productivity has increased since less time is spent fiddling with the systems to get a set of useful test data.”
Is there anything else you would like ATEQ’s products and services?
“It has been greatly appreciated that ATEQ worked with us to keep us able to perform initial testing with a demo unit until we are able to have our own unit arrive.”
Are there any other ATEQ products or services you are considering for the future?
“We may look into getting more leak testing units when we start gearing up production.”
