Charge/Discharge Process
Depending on the target values entered, the EVB5100 Battery Module Balancer will charge (the input value is higher than the current) or discharge the module (input value is lower than the current).

Ideal for rework stations on EV vehicle production lines, the EVB 5100 Battery Module Balancer uses the most efficient technologies to check state of charge and equalize voltage differences between modules.

When the battery module is replaced from the EV/HEV, the new module needs to be levelized (charged or discharged) to have exactly the same state of charge (V) as the others.
