The MS Series of leak detectors represents the world’s largest installed base of fully automatic, easy-to-use, and highly accurate leak testers. Designed for clean, oil-free testing, these advanced instruments are ideal for a broad range of industrial applications.

Breakthrough technology combines high test port pressure, a large internal vacuum pump, and ATEQ’s unique mass spectrometer, making the MS Series at least four times faster than conventional portable leak detectors. Other instruments includes:

The MS-40GT is available in multiple configurations to suit diverse testing environments. Customers can choose between models equipped with either a dry (oil-free) or wet (oil-sealed) vacuum pump. A cleanroom-compatible version is also available, designed specifically for contamination-sensitive industries such as medical, semiconductor, and aerospace manufacturing.
